Cricket Council of Ontario (CCO) through its Board of Directors, is committed to fostering a sport of Cricket and work environment in which all individuals are treated with respect and dignity. With the objective of working towards these goals, CCO has developed and adopted policies and guidelines which apply to the working and sport environment for employees, volunteers and participants at all CCO sanctioned programs and services.
Cricket Council of Ontario’s policies and guidelines were not only developed to address existing federal and provincial legislation but were founded in the belief of CCO in the right of every person to participate and work in an environment which promotes equal opportunities and prohibits discriminatory practices.
Policies are written and approved by the CCO Board of Directors. It should be readily available to all people involved in the management or work of an organization. The policies are kept updated and added to as policies and practices are reviewed and amended.
